What are Accredited investors?

Accredited investor is an individual or a business group that is permissible to trade certain securities that may not be in the books of financial authorities and are not available for investment to general audience because of it’s volatile and high risk nature. So what is it that makes Accredited investors entitled to this special market privilege? The answer is really simple and obvious. Not everyone into investment world is an Accredited investor.
